Dance Split Bricks are perfect for beginners who have already achieved the basic split can challenge themselves by placing one split brick under each ankle, whilst in the split to create an oversplit. The bricks can be stacked on top of eachother to create a bigger challenge for the dancer by implementing a deeper oversplit.
